Nina Cainberg

Nina is a true multi-talent. She started her career at HGR Property Partners with Patrick in early 2007. At HGR she worked as a transaction analyst and was also responsible for the office leasing. She then continued her career at Sveafastigheter in Stockholm at the end of 2008, where she carried out leasing activities being responsible for the re-letting of a large vacated retail portfolio.

When Sveafastigheter opened up its office in Helsinki in 2010, she joined Patrick, Jonas and Matti-Pekka in Helsinki, first as an associate in the investment team. In January 2013, she was appointed head of fund administration for all three funds, where she was responsible for all internal and external reporting and administration with a special emphasis on investor relations.

At Sirius, Nina is responsible for fund administration and investor reporting. Nina holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki.
