2019-02-10T16:54:55+02:001.4.2016|

An affiliate of the Finnish real estate investment manager Sirius Capital Partners has acquired a portfolio including eight retail assets located in southern and southeastern Finland. The sellers are construction company Lemminkäinen Talo Oy and Finavo Oy, owned by Lemminkäinen Talo Oy, Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Viator Oy.

All assets are recently built, modern properties with very limited investment needs in sight. The main tenants in the portfolio are Tokmanni, S-Group and Kesko and many of the lease agreements are newly signed, evidencing tenants’ strong commitment to the locations.

”We are pleased to have been able to add these assets into our portfolio. The acquired portfolio consists of modern and functioning properties in attractive retail locations. We look forward to continuing the fruitful co-operation with the tenants, most of whom we know well for a long time already”, says Jonas Ahlblad, CIO of Sirius Capital Partners.

Advium acted as the seller’s commercial advisor in the transaction and Hammarström Puhakka Partners as the seller’s legal advisor. Krogerus Attorneys Ltd acted as the buyer’s legal advisor.
